03What we do
Root Delta Ltd is a Cambridge software studio. Build covers focused automations, connected systems and operational web software. Evolve covers assessed inherited software through Delta Steward. Assure covers independent architecture, secure-code and technical due-diligence reviews.
Quick Wins include the agreed handover materials and defect period stated in the agreement; later work is quoted separately. Delta Care is available under a separate service schedule for qualifying Connected Systems, Operational Web Systems and equivalent substantial Root Delta-built cloud systems. It starts only after the named system passes the agreed activation checks. Inherited systems use Delta Steward after a paid assessment.
04Insurance
Root Delta Ltd holds professional indemnity insurance up to £2,000,000, cyber and data insurance with a £250,000 aggregate limit including costs, and public and products liability insurance with a £1,000,000 limit.
Cover is subject to policy terms, conditions, exclusions and excesses.

If your procurement process requires a particular form or level of cover, raise it before quotation.
The certificate names the company, the policy number, the trade, the limit and the period of cover: professional indemnity certificate (PDF).
05Continuity and project rights
Under our standard project structure, client accounts and data remain under client control. Ownership, licences, source-repository arrangements and handover are governed by the signed project agreement. No ownership transfers through this website.
