The quoted price depends on the scope and systems involved. Straightforward routes sit at the lower end; financial drafts and more involved connections sit at the upper end. Where the agreed scope and client dependencies allow, the work is scoped to finish within two to three weeks of the agreed start date.

How it runs, who owns it, and what happens next.

Where does the system run, and who owns the accounts?

Root Delta deploys it to a supported managed cloud service in your own account. You own, pay for and administer that account; Root Delta does not provide hosting. Where a feature needs an AI-provider account, that account is set up in your name and billed to you, not to Root Delta.

What happens after the Quick Win is delivered?

Root Delta hands over the agreed instructions, fallback and restart route, and the work carries its agreed defect period. A Quick Win is not eligible for Delta Care, and later work is quoted separately. If it grows into a larger, accepted expansion or replacement, Root Delta can assess that for ongoing software care. Does a Quick Win use AI?

Often, for the repetitive part: reading a messy invoice or email and drafting the result. It never makes the final call. The work is built so nothing goes out until a person, usually you, has checked it.

What access or information does Root Delta need?
