Turn manual quoting, reporting and admin into a system your team can rely on.

Stop patching around the problem. Find what is really costing you time and money, make a clear change, and see what changed.

That covers bookings, orders, deliveries and the hand-offs between people, wherever they start to slip.

Why Root Delta

The same ground rules apply to every job.

The ground rules below apply whether the job is one repeated task or a system several people run their day on.

Approach

How I start every engagement.

  1. 01

I look at the bottleneck itself, not a product to sell.

  2. 02

I agree the smallest useful first step before anything is built.

  3. 03

Root Delta then builds that step, checks it against the agreed result, and hands over what you need to run it.

What we do

Three routes into the work: Build, Evolve, Assure.

Each route is scoped and priced differently. Open the one that matches your situation.

Build

Automate or build

Remove one repetitive task, connect the tools you already use, or build the system a larger operation runs on. Where it helps, that can include AI that drafts or sorts work for someone to check.

Recommendations for Razvan’s own engineering and advisory work, before and alongside Root Delta, from people who worked with him directly.

“He didn’t just write good code; he made the right calls on architecture and priorities that let us move fast without cutting corners we’d regret later.”

“I worked with Raz in a previous company and he worked confidently across the stack: integrating APIs, shaping scalable components, and making pragmatic technical decisions that kept us moving quickly without compromising quality.”

“Raz is advising us on the growth of our technical capability and build out of new tech; his strategic thinking, straight talking and eye on every detail is exactly what we need. It gives me reassurance we will deliver.”

I’m Razvan Dinita. I founded Root Delta and lead every engagement personally, as principal engineer.

Before and alongside Root Delta, I have built systems for other companies, taken on a platform already in flight, and designed and built an AI product of my own. Seven years on one system, eight days on another. See five of those projects, with the names left out →

A PhD in cloud computing, research published by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, and commercial software experience since 2012 sit behind every recommendation I make. See my full background on LinkedIn (opens in a new tab)

Questions

What people ask on the free 15-minute call.

Is a clear brief needed before getting in touch?

No. Describe what gets copied, chased or missed, who depends on it and what a better result would look like. A free 15-minute call is enough to start; a short paid review can map the bottleneck first if the route itself is not yet clear.

How are scope, timing and cost agreed?

The problem and the result you need are clarified first. Root Delta then recommends the smallest suitable route and confirms what is included, how it will be checked, the timing, VAT and total, all in a written quote before you decide.

Can Root Delta take over software someone else built?

Yes, subject to fit. Delta Steward starts with a paid assessment, and you get practical options before deciding what happens next.

What happens after launch?

After a build, Root Delta checks it and hands over what you need to run it. A qualifying larger Root Delta-built system may then be assessed for Delta Care, which covers ongoing software monitoring, triage and planned improvements; it is not general IT support.

Who else can run and maintain the system?

Your system runs on a supported managed cloud service in your own account, which you own, pay for and administer, so its day-to-day running does not depend on Root Delta. On full payment the agreed business-specific work is assigned to you, and you hold a permanent, royalty-free licence to use and maintain the standard Root Delta components built into it, so you are free to have any developer maintain the system.

The agreement also covers continuity of the work itself: if a key person becomes unavailable, Root Delta must tell you promptly and may provide a suitably qualified substitute or propose a revised timetable. If that continues for more than 30 days and no substitute can reasonably be provided, either side may end the affected work; you pay for the work properly done and any commitments already incurred, and anything else prepaid is refunded.

Can Root Delta work with the software you already use?

Often, if the existing system can share the information the work needs. That is confirmed during the fit check, before anything is quoted.
