See what is happening
People can see what is waiting, what moved and what needs attention.
Build · connected system
For work that moves through several steps, systems or people. We turn the hand-offs into one agreed process with clear ownership and a useful result.
A joined-up workflow across several steps, systems or people. See the price range.
01 · Why
A Connected System is for a process that depends on several steps, tools or people and is hard to see from end to end.
People can see what is waiting, what moved and what needs attention.
Useful information moves with the work instead of being entered again at every hand-off.
The agreed way of working is clear, with sensible routes for exceptions.

02 · How
We map what happens today, agree the outcome and build in clear steps.
We follow the real journey from start to finish, including hand-offs and exceptions.
We write down what is included, how it will be checked, what it costs and what remains for later.
We make the change in stages, show you what works and leave your team with control.
03 · What
The shape depends on the work. The outcome is a clearer route from input to action.
Tasks and information pass between the right steps without entering the same information again at each hand-off.
Each hand-off has an owner and a clear next action.
When something does not fit, it is surfaced for a decision rather than silently lost.
Your accounts, data and agreed business-specific work remain under your control.

Illustrative examples only, not client work. The fit call helps identify the boundary, and the written quote confirms the actual scope.
A single repetitive task may fit Quick Win. A larger operational service may need an Operational Web System.
04 · Price
The normal Connected System range is £6,000 to £14,000 net, or £7,200 to £16,800 including VAT at 20%.

This covers a joined-up operational workflow across several steps, systems or people, with the shared visibility and control the work requires.
If a narrow first phase is useful by itself, it may be scoped from £5,000 net (£6,000 including VAT). The quote states exactly what that phase achieves and what remains outside it.
05 · Get started
Bring the process that is slow, manual or hard to see. We will check whether a Connected System is the right route and what a sensible first step would be. We reply within two UK working days with times for a free 15-minute call.
06 · Questions
A few direct answers before the first conversation.
When one important outcome depends on several steps, tools or people and a single small automation would leave the main problem in place. If one repeated task is enough, a Quick Win may be a better start.
Your written quote sets out the agreed outcome, included work, exclusions, how the result will be checked, dates, any material third-party costs, VAT and the total payable.
Yes, where a narrow phase is useful by itself. It may be scoped from £5,000 net (£6,000 including VAT), and the quote will state what that phase achieves and what remains outside it.
Not necessarily. We start with how the work happens today and connect or improve existing tools where that is sensible. We do not add a new platform just to create work.
It is deployed to a supported managed cloud service in your own account. You own, pay for and administer that account and provider service; Root Delta does not provide hosting.
Your accounts and data stay under your control. The agreement sets out ownership of the agreed business-specific work and the licence for any standard Root Delta components.
After acceptance, we hand over the agreed documentation and next steps. A qualifying accepted system may then be assessed for Delta Care, which starts only after the named system passes the agreed checks and the written care terms are in place. Delta Care provides software-only monitoring, practical triage and planned improvements; other work is quoted separately.
We check each deliverable against the agreed result and the agreed way of checking it. During the agreed defect period, we correct reproducible material failures of the accepted deliverable to meet that result. New requirements or further features are separate written changes.
Yes, where responsibilities, access and decisions are agreed before delivery begins. Root Delta remains accountable for the work in its scope.
